Highgate Cemetery charges £10 for admission.  This is used to pay for the upkeep of the 2 large cemeteries.  It is recommended that newcomers to the cemetery should take a Guided Tour.  This enables them to go to the Catacombs and another area out of bounds to lone visitors.

There is a Guided Tour which costs £18.  10 people are needed for the Guided Tour,  others could make their own way around for the £10 entrance fee.

Entry via Waterlow Park, on Highgate Hill.  These are the grounds of Lauderdale House where there is a cafe.   

The 210 bus from Finsbury Park Station stops outside the park.
